By accessing our online store hosted on Shopify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and all policies applicable to your purchase.
These terms apply to any purchase made on our website and to any interaction with our brand.

This is an e-commerce platform specializing in the design and sale of dog and cat accessories, including collars, leashes, harnesses, bandanas, and related items.

All of our products are handcrafted in Canada with care and passion.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
It is strictly prohibited to:

We strive to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the artisanal nature of our products.

Items shown on the website may be limited in quantity or temporarily out of stock.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, without notice.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards (via Shopify Payments), PayPal, and any other secure payment options presented at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Mascouche, Quebec, Canada, within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the time of year and order volume.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Once the parcel has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
Orders undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

We understand that an exchange or refund may sometimes be necessary.
Our full conditions are detailed in our Return & Warranty Policy (available in the website footer).

In summary:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be new, unworn, and with its original tag.

  • Personalized items (engraving, special orders, paid options) are final sale.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of an error on our part.

Each product is covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

Créations Tanzo cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

  • The use of our products or website.

  • Typographical errors, omissions, or inaccurate descriptions.

Our accessories are intended for normal pet use and must always be used under supervision.
