Frequently asked questions

Why are these dog accessories on clearance?
They're discontinued colours, editions or sizes leaving the workshop to make room for new designs. Same Biothane, same handmade quality in Mascouche, at a reduced price.
Is the quality the same as at regular price?
Yes. Clearance collars, leashes and long lines are identical to our regular products. The only exception: MINI PRIX items, sold for less because of a small cosmetic flaw.
What are MINI PRIX items?
Long lines, leashes and collars with a small cosmetic flaw: a small mark, slightly misaligned rivets or a reversed fold. Nothing that affects their strength. They start at $14.99.
Which clearance long line length should I choose?
Short lines (7 to 11 ft) keep your dog close on nature walks. Lines from 13 to 18 ft are ideal for recall practice in a medium-sized space. The 27 ft line gives more freedom in wide open spaces. Always attach a long line to a harness.
Can a clearance collar be engraved?
Write to us before ordering: we'll check with you whether engraving is possible on that collar.
Will clearance products come back?
Usually not. Quantities are limited: once a clearance colour or size sells out, it usually doesn't come back. If you love it, don't wait.
Can I return a clearance item?
No, clearance items are final sale: they can't be returned or exchanged. Not sure about the size? Write to us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
Do you have cat collars?
Yes, our Biothane cat collar is $15.99 and comes in 6 colours: light blue, teal, pink, purple, neon orange and neon green.
What collar sizes are available on clearance?
The belt buckle collar ranges from S to XL (9 to 25 in), the clip collar from S to XL (9.5 to 28 in) and the martingale collar from M to XL. Available sizes and colours change with inventory.
Which leashes are on sale?
Biothane leashes in 4, 5 and 6 ft lengths starting at $29.99, with black or gold hardware depending on the model, the 5-in-1 hands-free leash and a 5 ft small dog leash. The clearance tag holder starts at $9.99.
