Shipping Policy – Créations Tanzo

1. Order Processing
All orders are prepared and shipped from Mascouche, Quebec, Canada.
Every item is handcrafted, inspected, and carefully packaged before leaving our workshop.
Processing times generally range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the time of year, order volume, and product availability.
During high-traffic periods (promotions, holidays, postal delays, severe weather), additional time may be required.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently ship within Canada only.
Orders are delivered by GLS, Canada Post, or another equivalent carrier, depending on the region and the required delivery speed.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

the shipping address,

the weight of the parcel,

and the carrier selected.
Free shipping is offered on orders of $110 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
This threshold may be adjusted during promotions or seasonal events.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You may follow your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive this email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@creationstanzo.com.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, average delivery times are as follows:

Québec & Ontario: 2–5 business days

Western Provinces: 4–8 business days

Atlantic Provinces: 3–7 business days
These timeframes are provided by the carriers and may vary depending on the season, road conditions, or the carrier’s internal logistics.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
Once a parcel has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery and delays falls to that carrier.
Créations Tanzo cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, or damage occurring during transport.
If an issue arises, we will gladly assist you with the claim process with the carrier.
However, refunds can only be issued after the claim has been approved.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, new shipping fees will be required to resend the order.
6. Local Pickup
Local pickup in Mascouche is available by appointment for certain orders.
If available, this option will appear at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
Orders must be collected within 10 business days of the notification.
7. Undeliverable Zones
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
Any order placed with an international address will be cancelled and fully refunded.
