A small Mascouche workshop that makes everything by hand can also be serious. Our commitments to the planet and to our team are written into official policies, adopted October 22, 2026 and reviewed every year. Here are the ones that touch you directly.
For the planet 🌱
From the material we buy to the end of life of your gear.
We repair, with no labour charge
A collar that has lived, a chewed leash? Send it to us and we fix it. You only pay for parts and shipping. Repairing instead of replacing is our first green move.
Built to last for years
The simplest thing we can do for the planet is make gear you never have to buy again. Our Biothane doesn't rot, doesn't hold odours, stands up to salt and slush, and gets repaired when it has lived.
No more plastic mailers
Since spring 2026 we don't buy any. Orders ship in a reusable PickPack (send it back and get a $5 credit on your next order) or in a compostable or recyclable envelope. Goal: 100% of shipments by January 2027.
Zero wasted offcuts
We keep every usable offcut and roll end, sorted by colour and width, until it becomes a product.
Our reusable gift wrap is sewn from the leftover fabric rolls of our former fabric collection.
A second life instead of the bin
Unsold products go to animal shelters. And we are currently piloting the collection of gear that got too small or reached the end of its life, aiming for an official, working program by December 2027.
Local deliveries by bike or EV
Nearby deliveries are made by bike or electric vehicle, we group our trips to carriers, and no invoice is printed anymore.

Does Créations Tanzo repair its products?
Yes. Créations Tanzo offers a repair service with no labour charge: only parts and shipping are billed. Repairing gear instead of replacing it is the greenest thing we can do.

What packaging does Créations Tanzo use?
Créations Tanzo ships in reusable PickPack parcels or in compostable or recyclable envelopes, and has not bought plastic mailers since spring 2026. Tags are recycled paper, attached with sewing thread recovered from our earlier operations rather than plastic fasteners.
Goal: 100% plastic-free packaging by January 2027.
