FAQ
What are the Tanzo must-haves?

Our everyday essentials: the 5-in-1 hands-free leash, the waterproof long line, the tag holder, the two-dog couplers, the poop bag clip and custom stickers of your dog.
What is a tag holder for?

It's a Biothane loop that holds your dog's ID tags, so they keep them on even when they're not wearing a collar.
How do I measure for the tag holder?

Measure around your dog's head at the widest point, over the ears: the tag holder doesn't open, so it has to slip over the head. It comes in 9 to 30 in.
What does the 5-in-1 hands-free leash do?

It works 5 ways: regular leash adjustable from 4 to 7 ft, hands-free around the waist, hands-free across the body, control handle to bring your dog close, and quick tie-up to a post or fence thanks to its detachable handle.
Which waterproof long line length should I choose?

The 20 or 30 ft suits most dogs for recall practice at the park or in the yard. The 50 or 60 ft gives more freedom in wide open spaces, but takes more handling.
Coupler for 2 dogs or for 2 small dogs?

The regular coupler is made for medium and large dogs, with black or stainless steel hardware. The small dog version is lighter and slimmer.
What is the poop bag clip for?

It clips to the leash and holds the bag, full or empty, so your hands stay free on your walk. Made in Quebec, $12.99.
How do custom stickers of my dog work?

After you order, send us a clear photo of their face and tell us about their personality. We create about 6 unique stickers on a 5.5 × 8.5 in sheet, in water-resistant laminated vinyl, printed and cut by hand. Since each set is custom-made, it's final sale.
Black, gold or stainless steel hardware?

It's mostly a matter of style. Stainless steel is the most durable choice for a dog who swims often.
What's a good gift for a dog lover?

Our small-price picks are perfect: the poop bag clip ($12.99), the tag holder ($14.99) or custom stickers of their dog ($24.99).
